Frequently asked questions

Do I need Claude Pro?

Yes. Bring your own paid Claude Pro subscription from claude.ai, a laptop with Chrome or Edge, and stable internet. Subscription fees are separate from class fees.

What if the class does not reach 5 learners?

You can move to the next date or receive a full refund — your choice.

Refunds?

If the minimum is not reached, you may choose a full refund. For other cancellation or refund requests, contact us before paying; we will confirm the applicable terms with your registration.

Recording and certificate?

Every live class includes class notes, a recording and an e-certificate of completion. If you miss a class, you can buy its recording and notes separately after the live class.

Language?

The beginner class is delivered in Chinese. Intermediate and technical classes are delivered in English, as labelled on each card.

Payment methods?

FPX online banking, cards and e-wallets will be available once online payment opens. Until then, we confirm registrations by email or WhatsApp with bank transfer or DuitNow payment details.
